• Age limit - 5 years and above only

• No smoking except in designated outdoor zones (shisha prohibited).
• No standing on seats or obstructing aisles.
• No throwing objects.
• Hate speech, harassment, or drunken behaviour will result in ejection and possible lifetime venue ban.

• Event cancelled → automatic Face Value refund to the original payment method within 30 days.
• Event postponed → tickets remain valid for the new date; refund window (if offered) will be announced within 7 days of the new date.
• Change of mind / inability to attend → no refund (use Platinumlist resale instead).

• All bags searched; walk-through metal detectors in use.
• CCTV operates throughout the Venue for security and safety.
• Emergency exits are marked in green; follow staff instructions.
• First-aid stations at Gate 1 and Level 3 concourse.

Bringing any of the following will result in confiscation and/or ejection:

• Bags larger than A4 (21 cm × 30 cm) or with multiple compartments (backpacks, camera bags, suitcases).
• Outside food or beverages (including water bottles >500 ml).
• Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, metal flasks.
• Professional cameras, detachable-lens cameras, GoPro rigs, drones, tripods, selfie sticks >20 cm.
• Audio or video recording devices, iPads/tablets >7″.
• Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, multi-tools, pepper spray).
• Illegal substances (including CBD), prescription drugs not in original container.
• Fireworks, flares, laser pointers, balloons, horns, vuvuzelas, whistles.
• Signs or banners >60 cm × 40 cm, or with commercial, political, offensive messaging.
• Costumes or masks that conceal the face (full-face helmets, balaclavas).
• Hoverboards, scooters, roller-skates, skateboards, drones.
• Umbrellas larger than pocket size.
• Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by security.

Small clutch bags and transparent tote bags ≤A4 size are allowed after security search.

By car: There are various ways to reach your destination, including heading southeast on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street, taking exit 29 toward Khalifa City, and following the ramp to Al Raha Beach East. Then take a slight right to merge onto Al Bandar Street, and turn left onto Ar Rahah Street to reach your location. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: There are various ways to reach your destination by taking bus 170 to the Al Rahah St / Transco Power Substation bus stop, followed by a three-minute walk, or bus 175 to the same stop, followed by a four-minute walk.

• Yas Express Red Route shuttle every 20 min to Yas Bay.
• RTA bus 218 (Central Abu Dhabi ↔ Yas Island).
• Taxi drop-off at “Zone B” loop; ride-hail pick-up at “Zone C” after 23:00.
• No metro station on Yas Island; nearest Metro stop is UAE Exchange + 25 min taxi.
