By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, all attendees agree to comply with the following Conditions of Entry.

1. Valid Ticket & Wristband

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented digitally or in printed form. Wristbands issued at entry must be worn at all times, are non-transferable, and must be retained for the duration of the event. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

2. Identification (ID) Requirement

Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and may be checked at any time by event staff or security. Entry will be refused if a valid EID cannot be presented upon request.

3. Age Restriction

This is a 21+ event. No entry will be permitted to persons under the age of 21, even if accompanied by an adult.

4. Right of Admission

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their discretion, including for reasons related to safety, security, intoxication, or failure to comply with event rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Security Checks

All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry. Bags may be searched as part of standard security procedures. Refusal to comply with security checks will result in denied entry.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited within the event premises: outside food and beverages; alcohol, lighters and illegal substances; weapons or sharp objects; professional cameras, video cameras, tripods, monopods, stabilisers, or recording equipment; drones; large bags or backpacks; and any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by security.

7. Photography & Filming

Photography and videography will take place during the event. By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by the organiser and venue. Professional photography or filming equipment is not permitted without prior written approval.

8. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol will be served only in accordance with UAE laws and venue regulations. The organiser reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any attendee. Attendees who appear intoxicated may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund.

9. Cashless Payments Policy

This event operates on a cashless basis. All food and beverage purchases, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, must be made using approved cashless payment methods only.

Cash will not be accepted at any food or beverage outlet within the event premises. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have access to a valid cashless payment method prior to entry.

The organiser and venue shall not be held responsible for any inability to make purchases due to lack of access to cashless payment methods.

10. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking is strictly prohibited across all Louvre Abu Dhabi premises. Vaping is permitted only in designated areas, in accordance with Louvre Abu Dhabi policies. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from the event.

11. Behaviour & Conduct

Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the event. Attendees must comply with instructions from event staff and security at all times.

12. Causes of Ejection

Attendees may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund for any of the following reasons:
• Being under the age of 21
• Failure to present valid ID upon request
• Severe intoxication or being under the influence of illegal substances
• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
• Political statements, slogans, or actions that may cause disruption or breach local laws
• Attempted damage to venue property or equipment
• Refusal to comply with security procedures or instructions from staff
• Violation of these Conditions of Entry or venue regulations

13. Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organiser. Wristbands must remain intact for the duration of the event.

14. Venue Rules

All Louvre Abu Dhabi venue rules and regulations apply in addition to these Conditions of Entry. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises.

15. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond their control.

16. Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the event constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

By car:To reach your destination, head northwest on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan St, continue onto 8th St/Sheikh Zayed Tunnel, and follow signs for Al Mina. Turn left onto Shinaf St, then make a sharp right onto Mina Zayed Tunnel. Merge onto Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St/E12, take the exit for Jacques Chirac St, and turn left. GPS navigation is advised.

By public transportation:You can easily take a bus to find your destination. You can take bus 94 (Mamsha Al Saadiyat < Via Louvre) to the Jacques Chirac St./Saadiyat Louvre bus stop and take a five-minute walk from there. 

By taxi:You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
