There is no age restriction for this event, and all guests require a valid ticket
Floor Standing is strictly 12+ ONLY.
Children aged two years under can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.
Under 16's must be accompanied by adult 21+.
Strictly no readmission.
Venue doors open 1 hour before the show
Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
This e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff.
Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
