No age restriction.
Under 2 years old do not require a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
Under 16 years must be accompanied by 21 years+ adult.

Movie is presented in English with Arabic subtitles.
No Re-admission.
Venue doors open 1 hour before the show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated pre performance start time to avoid auditorium lock outs.
The ticket is for one day and valid only for the selected date and film chosen during the purchase.
No professional cameras.
Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
No flags of any kind including country flags.

Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.

No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.

Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers through Viagogo, Dubizzle, or any other reseller.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms & conditions of the event organizer.
No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
