Step into an action-filled arena where strategy meets excitement in a one-of-a-kind adventure ride experience. Guests take control of custom-built mini adventure vehicles designed for safe, high-energy fun in a fully supervised zone.

The event organisers, sponsors, and associated partners (collectively “the Organiser”) reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Admission and Conduct

Entry to the event site is subject to security checks and valid ticket or accreditation.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
Attendees must comply with all on-site instructions, signage, and directions from security or event personnel.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late arrival, lost tickets, or missed performances due to external factors such as traffic or weather.

2. Health, Safety, and Security

All visitors enter the event at their own risk. The Organiser will not be liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation.
Attendees must adhere to all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and crowd control measures.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, drones, and any object deemed hazardous by security personnel.
Bag searches and security screenings are mandatory upon entry.

3. Photography, Filming, and Media Rights

By attending, all participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, archival, or broadcast purposes without compensation.
The Organiser retains all rights to media captured during the event.
Personal photography and social media sharing are permitted for non- commercial purposes only.

4. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Unattended items may be removed for security reasons.

5. Event Modifications and Cancellations

The Organiser reserves the right to alter the event programme, schedule, or layout at its discretion.
In case of cancellation or postponement due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, refund or exchange policies will be communicated through official channels.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or ancillary expenses incurred due to event changes.

6. Liability and Indemnity

The Organiser, its contractors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries sustained during attendance.
By entering the premises, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against any claims arising from their actions or omissions.

7. Data Protection

Attendee information may be collected for operational and safety purposes in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for event management or by law.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Attendance at Liwa Village 2026 constitutes full acceptance of this disclaimer and agreement to abide by all event rules and policies.

By Car: Follow Sheikh Zayed Road (E10) toward the Suwaihan/Al Ain Truck Road, then follow signs to the Liwa Desert area.

By Taxi: Taxis from anywhere in Abu Dhabi can easily reach the Liwa Desert — Liwa Village is a well-known destination.
