Sister Act: The Musical

Based on the iconic movie, Sister Act: The Musical transports audiences into the lively world of Deloris Van Cartier, as she seeks refuge in a convent after witnessing a crime. With her vibrant personality and musical prowess, Deloris revitalizes the convent's choir, injecting it with infectious energy and harmony. 

Abu Dhabi Choral Group, the Capital’s long-standing community theater institution known for its dedication to excellence in musical performances, brings this beloved story to life with its impeccable talent and infectious enthusiasm. This show will represent the 4th collaboration between ADCG and The Arts Center, after successful runs of Footloose!, Little Shop of Horrors, and Spamalot.

Abu Dhabi Choral Group (ADCG)

ADCG is the longest-running amateur music group in the UAE. Established in 1977, the group performs musical revues and fully staged musicals. Now in its 45th season, ADCG has staged over 75 shows in its storied history and represents 15+ nationalities and languages spoken with talents ranging from first-time performers to seasoned veterans.

The performance is recommended for audiences “12“ years of age and older.

Event Policies, Terms, and Conditions

• The Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all patrons.
• Entry to the NYUAD Campus is through either the East or West Parking or the Welcome Center.
• Patrons will be required to present a valid ticket to an event at The Arts Center upon entry to the campus.
• As per current Department of Culture and Tourism guidelines a Green Al Hosn is NO LONGER needed to attend public events in Abu Dhabi.
• The wearing of face masks is NO LONGER required in most indoor public places, including campus buildings.

By car: The Arts Center is easily accessible by car. You can park in the designated area for parking once you arrive.
