1. Your ticket(s) are in-app digital barcodes that will be issued in the lead up to the Event.
2. Your ticket(s) will be issued to the mobile application account associated with the email address provided at the point of purchase, no later than 48 hours before the Event. Tickets include security measures to prevent sharing, copying, or reuse.
3. Open Age (+5). Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult aged 18+. A maximum of four (4) minors per adult is permitted. Original valid ID is required. All Limitless Lounge areas are strictly 21+.
4. Your ticket(s) are sold by the Event Organiser directly to you as a consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of these terms may be cancelled without notice. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are a consumer.
5. Your ticket(s) will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for sale unless through an official ticket agent fan-to-fan exchange. Tickets sold via unauthorized outlets (including but not limited to Viagogo, Dubizzle, auction sites, or similar platforms) are not valid for admission and may result in refusal of entry.
6. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in the case of full cancellation of the Event in accordance with Clause 23.
7. On entry, customers may be required to present:
a. Valid original photo identification (Emirates ID, passport, or driving licence)
b. The debit/credit card used for purchase (matching the ticket holder’s name)
c. Booking confirmation
Failure to present required documentation may result in refusal of entry without refund.
8. When arriving in groups, the lead booker must be present for the entire party to enter the venue. All members of the group must enter at the same time.
9. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license to attend the Event and remains the property of the Event Organiser at all times.
10. Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents are valid for admission. The Event Organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry.
11. If ticket holder(s) are unable to attend the Event for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel disruption, or scheduling conflicts, the ticket shall remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
12. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of six (6) per customer unless otherwise stated.
13. It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the required age restrictions and comply with any dress code set by the Event Organiser.
14. If a customer is refused entry or removed from the Event due to breach of these terms, venue rules, or inappropriate behavior, no refund shall be issued.
15. It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Failure to attend does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
16. The Event Organiser and ticketing provider accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged, or for any personal injury or losses sustained at the Event, except where required by law.
17. The Event Organiser and ticketing provider are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Ticket category exchanges are not permitted. One ticket admits one person only.
18. Tickets are valid only for the specified Event and cannot be reused for any other event.
19. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry once the Event has started. No re-entry is permitted unless otherwise stated.
20. The Event Organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any cancellation or postponement. Failure to receive such notification does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or compensation except as set out in Clause 23.
21. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your data being used by the Event Organiser and ticketing provider for event-related communication and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.
22. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and Event partners. Breach of any rules or unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. Security searches may be conducted.
23. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in the case of full cancellation of the Event.
a. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets shall remain valid for the new date.
b. If the Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
c. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to:
i. Personal reasons or inability to attend
ii. Travel or visa issues
iii. Lineup or artist changes
iv. Weather conditions
v. Delays or interruptions
d. Any applicable refunds (in case of cancellation only) will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
24. The Event lineup, artists, performers, and schedule are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes are not considered a material change and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or compensation.
25. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health issues, political instability, artist unavailability, or technical failures. Clause 23 shall apply.
26. The Event will take place rain or shine unless cancelled for safety reasons. Weather does not qualify for a refund.
27. The Event Organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by ticket holders.
