Australia Day Gathering

Join the outdoor party to celebrate Australia! An all-day event offering great food, good music and entertainment and a host of activities for big and small. The barbecue station includes an impressive display of favourites like burgers, sausages, barramundi fish, and a whole lamb on spit. Pies, salads and trimmings are aplenty. Live entertainment with DJ Sotto, Spies in the cellar and our resident band Sweet Chilli Jam The party takes place at P.J.’s and around the poolside and gardens.
