As of education he didn’t satisfy himself with his overwhelming singing talent but added to it an education at usek kaslik-Lebanon and a knowledge in Oriental singing-playing lute(oriental instrument), vocalize, and solfeggio in a period lasting from 1991-1995.Showcasing his talent, Hisham from 1992 till 1993 participated in a Lebanese art program on LBC channel “studio al fan” (talent show called art studio) and won an appreciate certificate and a golden award.Adding to his achievements, Hisham performed in many concerts and festivals in Lebanon and abroad, sang “Aloha”(they said it) in the Olympics in 2000 which took place in Beirut, participated in the opera with many artists in 2000 which took place in the UNESCO place, represented Lebanon in “Burkina Faso”,Africa in the festival “francophone” in 2004 , sponsored by the President “the General” Emile Lahoud, participated in the festival “Oscar of the 9th video clip in Egypt in 2008 and won the award of the best Arabic Young Singer for “habibi ana”(my love) and won many awards as from his excellency “president general Emile Lahoud” , “the prime minister martyr Rafik Al Hariri” , the “media minister Ghazi Al Aridi” , and the “commander general Michel Sleiman”. As of production it is a long list of albums as per the taste of the public. (Sticking by you), Mazalim (wronged) and ya jnoub. (oh south) written by Toni Abi karam, Emile Fahed, Nabil Abi Khalil, and Hisham El Hajj, composed by George Attieh, Salim Yammine and Hisham El Hajj and recorded at Studio Boudi Naoum ; two of which were video clipped : “ Smalla Smalla”. (In the name of God) directed by Sobhi Abi Khalil and Ya jnoub (oh south) directed by the directorate of orientation of the Lebanese Army. Between 1997 and 2003 he lunched many singles most well known songs was “ya youma” (mother) writen Maroon karam and composed by Wissam Al Amir.“Hal min Tneen’’ (solution of two) written by Tony Abi Karam and composed by Wissam El Amir, “Bmout Fiki” (you kill me) written and composed by Hisham El Hajj. “Aloha” (they’ve said it) written by Toni Abi Karam and composed by Chadi Ibrahim, directed by Bassem Kristo. “Awel mara” (for the first time) written by Tony abi Karam, compsed by Tareck abou Jawde. In 2006 he lunched the Album “wel3it” (gone on fire) produced by “Al Rif Art Production” and containing 9 songs: Wel3it (gone on fire), Chefet el ward (saw a rose), Tou2mor habibi (tell me want you want my love), Li Anni (because I am), Dilla (dila), Habibi (my love), Tib3oud w tgheeb (you go away and leave), Ma dam (still…), and Chou nafe3 el 7aki (what use telling the story) written by the Moustafar misri, Nizar Francis, Hassan al mounajid, Maher chouaib,and Hisham El hajj and composed by Samir Sfeir- Wissam El Amir- YasserJalal, and Hisham El Hajj and recorded at Studio Digital Vibes; two of which were video clipped “Chefet Al Ward” (I saw a rose) directed by Miki and “Wel3it (gone on fire) directed by Toni Abu Elias and sound tracked a third “Habibi” in a TV series. In 2009 he lunched the most popular singles Known under the name of "maazour" writen by Mr. Marcel Modawar and composed by Mr. rawad Raad direcyed by Mr. Edward Bachaalany. "Baladna" was a dueto between Amina and hisham writen by Mr. Marcel Modawar and composed by Mr. Wissam Al amir directed by Mr. Edward Bachaalany. These two singers was produced by "Al faris art Production" who makes hisham one of the most famous stars in lebanon and abroad and makes a lots of events during 2009 summer festival. In 2011 Hisham lunched new mouwal under the name of "7a2ik ya 2ardana" written by Marcel modwar composed by Hisham El hajj,and one single under the name of (wet3amar loubnan) writen by Marcel modawar and composed by Wissam Al amir, directed by Edward Bachaalany produced by "Al Faris Art Production".
