This year, the Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island will be welcoming Ramadan with a colourful and traditional Iftar spread at Assymetri Restaurant. The chefs will arrange various interactive cooking stations, preparing a plethora of timeless Arabic dishes and comforting international favourites.
The lavish buffet spread includes appetising Arabic dishes such as charcoal-flavoured Moutabel, Fish Sayadiyah, as well as heartier options including succulent grills like Shish Taouk, Kofta Kebab and the traditional Arabic Iftar dish, Lamb Ouzi.
This indulgent gastronomic experience is then finished off with an assortment of local sweets such as Baklava, saffron & rose water infused Mouhalabia, Kunafa, Umm Ali, thirst-quenching Jallab and other Ramadan beverages.
For those seeking alternative Iftar options, the Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi Yas Island offers private catering at home, in the office, or in any of their conference venues. The hotel even has a ballroom that can fit up to 500 people and also has two food trucks for hire.
The Iftar buffet at Assymetri will start from AED 150* and will be served until 10 pm. A special Early Bird Rate of AED 89* per person is also an offer for group bookings before 25th April.
