Immersive Dining | GAZE | Zuma | LIWA Festival 2023 | LIWA Village.

We are pleased to announce that GAZE, Liwa Village’s immersive dining experience, will host globally-loved Zuma for three unique nights.

With one session per night, Zuma will bring its contemporary Japanese cuisine on Friday, 23rd and Saturday, 24th December 2022.

MENU  

Wagyu beef tataki with truffle ponzu steamed japanese spinach with sesame sauce thinly sliced chu toro tuna, chilli, coriander, sesame   

• Fresh crab maki with avocado and tobiko yellowtail maki with tenkasu and tobiko (g)  

• Miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy grilled sweet corn with shiso butter (v)   

​• Special chocolate, caramel and almond praline with tahitian vanilla ice cream  

• Package includes non-alcoholic beverages.
