Organizers are too strict and kind of unfair. Some of the Platinum Holders got the chance to hold the hands of the artists during Photo Op while the others (including me and my partner) didn't got the chance because the organizers decided to be strict in the middle of Photo Op. They should've implemented that *before* the Photo Op experience so that it will be fair.
