This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smartwatches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Other than your phone, we strongly encourage you to leave your smart watches and any other smart devices at home.
Upon arrival at the venue, after you have scanned your tickets, please put your phones on silent. Phones, smart watches, and accessories will then be secured in individual pouches at the security check-in. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them throughout the event only in designated phone-use areas within the venue. All devices must be re-secured in pouches before exiting designated Phone Use Areas.
Anyone seen using a device (phone, smartwatch, or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be the Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
