• Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket purchased through official Emirates Park Zoo channels or authorized partners (Platinum List)
• The event runs until 2:00 AM daily during Ramadan.
• Buffet service timings may vary; guests are encouraged to arrive on time for the best experience.
• Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved under a corporate Team outing, which includes a Tent.
• Children under 3 years enter for free.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Emirates Park Zoo.
• The buffet includes a variety of dishes, with a changing menu throughout Ramadan.
• Certain beverages, fresh juices, shisha, and specialty coffees are available at an additional cost.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Guests are expected to follow zoo rules and respect all animals during interactions.
• Animal presentations are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather or animal well-being considerations.
• Visitors must adhere to family-friendly conduct. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
• Appropriate attire is required in respect of Ramadan traditions.
• Emirates Park Zoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of cancellation by Emirates Park Zoo, guests may be offered rescheduled booking.

By car: There are several ways to reach your destination, including heading northeast on Al Shahama - Abu Dhabi Rd/E10, taking the exit to New Shahama/Emirates Park Zoo, and driving through roundabouts to Al Tawasul St. Turn right, and your destination will be on the left. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: there are various buses that you can take to your destination, including bus 202 to the Al Mu'ayid St / Al Shahama School bus stop, followed by a nine-minute walk.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or a ride-hailing app.
