1. Your ticket(s) are In-App Digital barcodes that will be issued in the lead up to the show.
2. Your ticket(s) will be issued to the mobile-app account associated with the e-mail address provided at the point of purchase, no later than 48hrs before the event. It has security measures to prevent it being shared, copied or re-used.
3. Open Age (+5). Anyone under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by an adult 18+.There is a maximum of 4 minors to one adult when entering. Original ID's will be required. All VIP Table are strictly 21+.
4. Your ticket/s are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
5. Your ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan to fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission, for example Viagogo, Dubizzle. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.
6. Tickets are non-refundable non changeable and non-transferable.
7. On entry Customer may be required to show all of the following:
- a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along.
- debit / credit card with that was used for purchase with matching name to ID.
- the booking confirmation email
8. When arriving in groups, the lead booker needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue with the documents listed. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.
9. Your Ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.
10. Only Tickets purchased through approved Ticket agents are valid for admission.The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
11. If guest(s) are unable to attend for reasons beyond their control etc., and/or wishes to transfer the Ticket(s) accordingly cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually by the authorized Ticketing company. A refund or transfer will only be issued if the Ticketing company received organizer approval. 12. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 6 per customer.
13. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be of the correct age required to enter the Event. It is Customers responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organiser if any.
14. If the Customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the Tickets.
15. It is the responsibility of the Customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.
16. Event Organiser and Platinumlist accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained at the Event.
17. Event Organiser and Platinumlist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Tickets. Exchanging of Tickets categories is not allowed. One person per Ticket.
18. The Ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.
19. The Event Organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.
20. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be announced by the Event Partner. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any events. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
21. You agree your data can be used to contact you for marketing purposes by the Event Organiser and Platinumlist regarding this and future events.
22. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Event Partner. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or Event Partner to eject you from the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or Event Partner. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
23. As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event a full refund will be offered *excluding delivery fees. Full refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the relevant per ticket convenience fee *excluding delivery fees. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
24. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or Event Partners may set refund limitations. Additionally, Event Partners have right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the latest refund date and other instructions as defined by the Event Partners. In this sense Platinumlist has no liability whatsoever for such transactions
25. Line up is subject to change without notice. Any change to show schedule shall be deemed as required by the promoters. Any changes are not subject to refunds.
