House policies:
•3+ yrs require a ticket
•The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into an event.
•The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown.
•Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager.
•The bar opens one hour before the performance
•Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Any unaccompanied children will be refused admission to the theatre.
•F&B is allowed in the theatre

•All seats are combined in groups of 2, 3 and 4
•Seats allocated at time of booking are non-exchangeable and non-refundable


Entry Policies & COVID Regulation:

•All guests attending the event must agree with and abide by the following conditions.
•Failure to do so will result in no entry to the event.
•Security checks will apply at all entrances
•Queuing systems will be in line with social distancing regulations and in place throughout the venue.
•Wearing a face mask is mandatory in all public areas, including inside the Theatre. You will be asked to leave if you are not wearing your face
mask correctly.
•Attendees 16 years old and above: Must be fully vaccinated & required to show proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to the event time & present the Al Hosn App with an ‘E’ symbol or ‘Star’ indicating you are fully vaccinated.
• Attendees 13 years old and above: Required to show proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to the event time.
•Attendees 12 years old and below: Do not require a PCR test.
•Attendees to have Al Hosn App ready to present at the venue to enter
•Face masks are a mandatory requirement of all guests age 2+.
• Strictly NO readmission.
• No costumes should be worn by anyone over the age of 14.
•No professional cameras, audio, or video recorders allowed.
•Strollers and bags of any size are prohibited inside the theatre and no storage facilities are available.
•Please do not attend if you have COVID symptoms.
