Event Policies

• Green pass is not required on Al Hosn App.
• Wearing masks is optional.
• All the payments are contactless in the venue.
• THE LION KING is recommended for ages 5 years and up. Under 16 y.o. must be accompanied by an Adult 21 +.
• Lockouts will apply and latecomers will be admitted during a suitable break in the performance, once it has commenced.
• Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult (21 years or older]. There is strictly no readmission.
• Venue doors open 1 hour before the show with access to your seats available 30 minutes before the show.
• No photography or videography is permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• No refunds or exchanges.
• Chairs in the floor seating sections are on the same level.
• Price category SILVER and BRONZE may have restricted views.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted. There will be no cloakroom available.
• Failure to comply will result in entry being refused. Refunds will not apply.

Ticket Terms

• All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter Etihad Arena. Strictly NO READMISSION.
• Ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for personal use only.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• This e-ticket should be kept with you at all times and produced upon request by Arena staff
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the T&Cs of the event organizer.
• Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
