• In case of cancellation or postponement due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, refund or exchange policies will be communicated through official channels.

• The Organiser, its contractors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries sustained during attendance.
