Garden and Corporate Box guests are invited to arrive when Registration opens to make the most of the race experience!
Registration will open at 14:30

Dust off your best outfit in your wardrobe and come dressed to impress.

Women: Block heels are recommended for easy maneuvering on the lawn.

Will there be alcohol available at the event?

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Garden ticket holders can access the Garden Bar.

Corporate Box ticket holders can access both the Garden Bar and Terrace Bar.

Is horse betting available?

Betting is not permitted. However, we have an organised horse racing Nomination system. Please enquire to where the Nomination Booth is upon collection of your Gold wristbands from the Registration Desk.

Is photography allowed?

We encourage you to take photos and post them on Social channels. Flash photography is not permitted.

Are children allowed at this event?

Yes. Children are welcome to attend the race in the Garden area only. A child is any person up to the age of 12. A valid ID for proof of age may be requested at Registration on the day of the race. Guests failing to produce a valid child ID will need to pay the difference between the Child ticket and to Adult ticket.

No refunds will be issued.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes. All children must be accompanied by an adult (an adult is considered a person over the age of 21).

Is there an age limit for Corporate Box guests?

Yes. The minimum age for Corporate Box guests is 21. A valid ID for proof of age will be required for Registration on the day of the race. Guests failing to produce a valid ID will be refused entry to Level 4 Corporate Boxes.

Is outside food allowed (eg water, snacks)?

No external food is permitted on the property. Excluding food for children under five (5).

Can I bring a picnic rug or table?

We do not allow external seating on the premises. There is ample seating in the Garden.

Is the premises wheelchair friendly?

Yes. We have designated parking and a ramp to grant access to our wheelchair-using guests.

Is smoking permitted?

Yes, in designated areas.
