Join the beloved inventor Mansour and all his family and friends for an unforgettable adventure at Mansour, The Festival, presented by Abu Dhabi Entertainment Company (ADEC) from 15-17 November at one of the region’s most iconic venues, Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi.

The award-winning cartoon character Mansour is brought to life this November in the first-ever live event, Mansour, The Festival. This isn’t just another event—it’s a world of adventure, imagination, and fun where YOU become part of the action! Dive into a world of:

Every festival corner is packed with joy, discovery, and excitement, from musical performances and nightly parades to food trucks and drones lighting up the sky. Whether you’re a fan of Mansour or looking for the ultimate family weekend, this is the year's must-attend event.

Ticketing:

The General Admission ticket grants access to the Festival ONLY; it DOES NOT grant exclusive access to premium areas.
All ticket holders must validate their tickets at the venue entrance gates

The ticket is only valid for the specific date shown.
All attendees aged 4 years and above will require a ticket to enter the venue. Tickets must be presented at the entrance for admission. Printed or digital tickets are accepted.
All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

A ticket office will be available on-site for any last-minute ticket purchases or assistance.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non transferable, and non-exchangeable and are for your personal use only.

Reselling tickets or attempting to resell at a price above face value may result in confiscating the ticket.
The organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute activities and/or vary advertised programmes without prior notice.

Entry & Re-entry:

Re-entry on the same day will be allowed. You will need to receive a re-entry stamp as you exit the Festival. When you return, you must show your re-entry stamp to enter.
The event organiser reserves the right to validate the ticket holder’s identity upon entry.

This may include requesting a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket.

Cancellation or Postponement:

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser in the event of cancellation or postponement.

Conduct & Compliance:

The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices.
The organiser reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.

Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of tickets may result in denial of admission or removal from the Festival grounds.
The event organisers reserve the right to take further action if deemed necessary.

Bags larger than 30x30x15cm and professional cameras are not allowed are not permitted inside, and no storage or cloakroom facilities will be provided.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Food & Drinks:

No outside food or drinks are allowed. However, various food and beverages will be available for purchase within the festival grounds.

Health & Safety:

Attendees must comply with any health and safety protocols in place during the event, which may include temperature checks or other precautionary measures.

Parking:

Zayed Sports City offers limited free parking

By Car: Zayed Sports City is easily accessible from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Parking is available on-site.

By Public Transport: The nearest bus station is 1 kilometer from the venue.

By Taxi: Taxis are readily available across Abu Dhabi, and Zayed Sports City is a well-known destination for drivers.
