Summer Art Workshops in Abu Dhabi

A four-week series of workshops that will enhance the knowledge and experience of participants who are keen to expand their artistic horizons. Attendees will learn through practical projects undertaken with professional artists who have made successful careers for themselves using their skills and talents.

Each workshop is one hour long, starting with renowned Emirati artist Mohamed Al Astad teaching on the painting of horses. Other workshops are on animation with 1711 by Ali Al Suwaidi; print making with Emirati Artist Khulood Al Jaberi; mixed media artwork with Fatma Al Harthi; Pro-Create illustration using the IPad with Alia Al Hamadi; painting on fabric, using various types of fabric such as cotton and silk, with Tamara Rosita Noori; ceramic art with Michael Rice; info-graphics with Liz Ramos; and, finally, photography styling with Mana Al Marbooei and product photography with Abdulla Makki.

These workshops are designed to cater to the latest trends, using mixed media, technological devices and software, while capturing objects and moments with the latest photography techniques.
