Get ready for a thrilling adventure in an all-new live show in the UAE as Ryder and his heroic team of pups face their biggest challenge yet in “Heroes Unite”, part of PAW Patrol Live, running from 11–13 September 2026 at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi.

When Mayor Humdinger clones Robo Dog and unleashes chaos across the world, it’s up to the PAW Patrol to spring into action. Using teamwork, bravery, and problem-solving skills, the pups embark on a high-stakes mission to capture the clones, rescue Robo Dog, and return safely to Adventure Bay in time.

Packed with energy, music, and excitement, this interactive live stage show delivers an unforgettable family experience with the beloved characters kids know and love.

No age restriction.
Children aged two years and under may attend the event without a ticket, provided they sit on the lap of their parent or guardian throughout the performance and do not occupy a separate seat.
Under-16 years must be accompanied by 21years+ adult
Venue doors open 1 hour before the show.
Strictly no readmission.
No Professional Cameras. The recording, filming, photographing, broadcasting or transmission of the full performance, or any substantial part of it, by mobile phone, camera, audio recorder or any other device is strictly prohibited.
Bags larger than 30cm x 30cm x15cm are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities are available at the venue.
Strollers will not be permitted into the venue; however, stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
No flags of any kind, including country flags.
E-tickets will be scanned at turnstile entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices.
Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.

No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of the ticket holder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
Guests with a disability or other access requirements should contact the venue before purchasing tickets to confirm suitable arrangements. Accessible seating is subject to availability and should be arranged in advance.
Each ticket is valid only for the Event, date, time and ticket category stated on the ticket and cannot be reused for any other event or performance.
The Event Organiser and ticketing provider are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets. One ticket admits one person only.
Validation of the ticket holder's identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.
This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and Event partners. Breach of any rules or unacceptable behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. Security searches may be conducted.
It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the Event at the correct date and time. Failure or inability to attend, including due to personal circumstances, travel disruption, weather-related travel disruption, visa issues or scheduling conflicts, does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
The Event Organiser is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred by ticket holders.
The Event, performers, and schedule are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes are not considered a material change and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or compensation.
The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, public health issues, political instability, artist unavailability, or technical failures. The Organizer may take necessary action without liability and will use reasonable efforts to notify affected parties.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid pending confirmation of the replacement date. Once the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, subject to the applicable venue and ticketing terms.
The Event Organiser will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any postponement or rescheduling using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Failure to receive such notification does not, by itself, create any additional entitlement to a refund or compensation.
Where the Event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
Any applicable refunds (in case of cancellation only) will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
The Event Organiser and ticketing provider accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged, or for any personal injury or losses sustained at the Event, except where required by law.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your data being used by the Event Organiser and ticketing provider for event-related communication and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be the Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
