• Once your booking is con rmed, you will receive an e-ticket to present upon arrival for entry. We recommend making your reservation early, as time slots are subject to availability and may ll up quickly, especially during weekends and holidays.

• This voucher represents one regular ticket (general admission) to teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi.
• Entry and use are subject to speci c product terms and conditions.
• Voucher must be redeemed within 9 months from the date of issuance or it will automatically expire.
• The ticket grants one regular admission to the Museum. Please check our website for current operating hours.
• This ticket only grants access during the booked time slot and is not valid outside this time.
• This ticket is valid only during regular Museum operating hours and not for special events.
• Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

• For guaranteed entry, please arrive between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays (Mon - Fri) or 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on weekends (Sat - Sun)
• TeamLab: If you arrive after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends, you may be denied entry
• Please note: Massless Amorphous Sculpture is currently undergoing enhancements and is temporarily unavailable.
• As this is a new, first-of-its-kind installation, some technical refinements are being made to ensure the experience meets the highest standards.
