• A parent or caregiver must be present at all times for a safe and enjoyable experience. One adult per child joins in for free, with each additional adult welcome for 35AED.

• Platinumlist accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained during the activity/experience.
• This Voucher is a payment confirmation, booking confirmation will be shared separately.
• For any bookings, reschedule request needs to be raised prior 48 hours of the activity booked and is subjected to approval.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser. 
• All tickets (including Drop n Play, workshops, programs, and activations) are sold per child unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time of booking.
• Entry is subject to availability and capacity limits.
• Advance booking is recommended.
• Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• One (1) adult per child is complimentary; additional adults may be charged.
• Titter Totter reserves the right to modify schedules, timings, or activities where necessary.

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance. 
• No-shows and missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For multi-session programs (e.g., 4-week programs, camps), no partial refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.
• In the event that Titter Totter cancels a session, customers will be offered a reschedule or credit.
• Promotional offers, discounted tickets, and special packages are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Strollers are not permitted inside the play area.
• Socks are mandatory for entry.
• Grip socks are required for children in the play area.

• Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times.
• Children remain the full responsibility of their parent or guardian.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed within the play area unless otherwise approved.
• Children showing signs of illness may be refused entry.
• Workshop schedules may vary by day.

• Valid ticket required for entry.
• Children must be supervised unless enrolled in an approved drop-off session.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry where policies are not followed.

• Titter Totter reserves the right to refuse entry or service in the following cases:
• Any guest appearing visibly unwell
• Any form of inappropriate or abusive behavior toward staff or guests
• Refusal to make payment
• Refusal to sign the required waiver
• Failure to comply with venue rules

• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of guests.
• Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children unless participating in an approved drop-off session.

• Activities, schedules, and operating hours may change without prior notice.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by the organiser. 
• Date changes are subject to availability and approval.
