2024-2025 General Admission Season Pass

• Over 18s only, AED 50 per Season Pass.  
• After payment, will receive a unique QR code via email. 
• This QR code will act as your Season Pass.  
• Please show this QR code at each race meeting. 
• This QR code can only be scanned once on the day of the race meeting, therefore re-entry is not permitted.  
• Please ensure to keep your QR code safe, as losing it may prevent you from accessing the venue. 

Important Notice: please read these terms and conditions carefully. By attending a meet, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.  

General Admission Rules 

• All visitors must be 18 years of age or older.  
• Pass purchases are final; no refunds will be granted after purchase. 
• The 2024 - 2025 General Admission Season Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered holder. 
• Each pass permits a single entry per race meeting. Double scanning and re-entry on the same day are strictly prohibited. 

Etiquette and Behaviour  

• All visitors are expected to adhere to the conduct within the premises.  
• Offensive behaviour or disturbances will not be tolerated. 
• Vandalism will not be tolerated. 
• No aggressive or disobedient behaviour will be tolerated. 
• Smoking is only permitted in allocated areas (Cigarettes, Pipe, Vape, Cigars). 
• Waste must be disposed of in designated areas. 
• Guests and members must maintain good sportsmanship and respectful behaviour towards other spectators, participants and staff members at all times. 
• All instructions and guidelines applied or communicated by ADTC security or staff must be adhered to without exception. 
• Any person found breaching these rules will be escorted off the grounds immediately, with no re-entry permitted. 
• All guests are expected to comply with any additional health and safety guidelines that may be in place, including potential screenings at entry points.

• Liquid Flasks (Non-Alcoholic) 

• No flash photography 
• No running, shouting, screaming 
• No access to restricted areas 
• No picnic tables 
• No free-standing tents and accompanying apparatus including sleeping bags, portable cookers/ open flames / heaters 
• No access to the racetrack 
• No picnic blankets 
• No open flames 
• No speakers and microphones 
• No flags / signs 
• No alcohol 
• No external food allowed on premises  
• No sports balls (football, rugby, cricket etc) 
• No animals / pets including but not limited to dogs, birds, cats and exotic animals 
• No electric scooters 
• No bicycles 
• No balloons/ kites 
• No drones 
• No laser pointers 
• No portable buggies / golf carts 
• No BBQs 

By car: Drive southeast from downtown Abu Dhabi, follow signs for Al Mushrif, and use a GPS to reach Abu Dhabi Turf Club on Khalifa Bin Shakhbut Street. Ensure to check live traffic updates and use a reliable navigation app for real-time directions.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi or request a ride-hailing service to Abu Dhabi Turf Club from anywhere in Abu Dhabi.
