• Beetlejuice The Musical is recommended for audiences aged 13 and above (PG-13). The production contains strong language, mature themes, supernatural elements, and comedic references that may not be suitable for younger audiences. Viewer discretion is advised.
• Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated pre performance start time to avoid auditorium lock outs.
• Seats in the floor seating are on the same level.
• Children aged 13 to 16 must be accompanied by adult 21+.
• Strictly no readmission.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
• This e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
