1. Your ticket(s) are In-App Digital barcodes that will be issued in the lead up to the show.

2. Your ticket(s) will be issued to the mobile-app account associated with the e-mail address provided at the point of purchase, no later than 48hrs before the event. It has security measures to prevent it being shared, copied or re-used.

3. Open Age (+5). Anyone under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by an adult 18+.There is a maximum of 4 minors to one adult when entering. Original ID's will be required. All Limitless Lounge are strictly 21+.

4. Your ticket/s are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.

5. Your ticket/s will immediately become invalid if resold or offerred for sale unless the sale is through the official ticket agent fan-to-fan exchange. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission, for example Yandex,Afisha,Viagogo, Dubizzle. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

6. Tickets are non-refundable non changeable.

7. On entry Customer may be required to show all of the following:

a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along.

debit / credit card with that was used for purchase with matching name to ID.

the booking confirmation email

8. When arriving in groups, the lead booker needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue with the documents listed. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.

9. Your Ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters. 

10. Only Tickets purchased through approved Ticket agents are valid for admission.The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

11. If guest(s) are unable to attend for reasons beyond their control etc., and/or wishes to transfer the Ticket(s) accordingly cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually by the authorized Ticketing company. A refund or transfer will only be issued if the Ticketing company received organizer approval. 12. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 6 per customer.

13. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be of the correct age required to enter the Event. It is Customers responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organiser if any.

14. If the Customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the Tickets.

15. It is the responsibility of the Customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.

16. Event Organiser and Platinumlist accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained at the Event.

17. Event Organiser and Platinumlist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Tickets. Exchanging of Tickets categories is not allowed. One person per Ticket.

18. The Ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.

19. The Event Organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.

20. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, refund procedures will be announced by the Event Partner. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any events. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

21. You agree your data can be used to contact you for marketing purposes by the Event Organiser and Platinumlist regarding this and future events.

22. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Event Partner. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or Event Partner to eject you from the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue or Event Partner. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

23. As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event a full refund will be offered *excluding delivery fees. Full refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the relevant per ticket convenience fee *excluding delivery fees. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

24. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or Event Partners may set refund limitations. Additionally, Event Partners have right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the latest refund date and other instructions as defined by the Event Partners. In this sense Platinumlist has no liability whatsoever for such transactions

25. Line up is subject to change without notice. Any change to show schedule shall be deemed as required by the promoters. Any changes are not subject to refunds.

  Tickets become invalid immediately if resold or offered for resale, except through the official fan-to-fan exchange (if applicable).
  Tickets purchased via unauthorized platforms (including but not limited to Viagogo, Dubizzle, Yandex, Afisha) are not valid for entry and may result in refusal of admission.
  
  

• No Refunds / No Changes
  Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable, unless stated otherwise by the Event Organiser.

• Lost or Damaged Tickets
  Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Ticket category exchanges are not permitted. One ticket is valid for one person only.
  
  

• Event Validity

• Marketing Consent

• Venue Rules & Conduct
  Tickets are issued subject to venue and Event Partner rules. Breach of rules, unacceptable behavior, or failure to comply with security procedures may result in ejection without refund.
  
  

• Final Sale Policy
  All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted if the event is cancelled. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery fees.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

• This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Platinumlist account.

How long does the experience last?

• For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 8-12h at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

• You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.

Is there parking available?

• There will be parking available. An email with instructions on where to park on Yas Island will be sent out closer to the date of the festival.

What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?

• Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
• Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.

How many tickets can I buy?

• There will be a strict limit of 6 tickets per show date per person. This restriction is in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the Lead Purchaser holding the tickets matching their valid photo ID.
• Please note: that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.

What is a Lead Purchaser?

• A Lead Purchaser is the name of the cardholder or the name input during the booking process. You can find the name of the Lead Purchaser in the confirmation email and on your ticket.
• It is important that the Lead Purchaser arrives with their group and their matching, valid photo ID to enter the event.

But we want to go as a bigger group/family?

• You will have to try to complete another order with another Lead Purchaser's name and card as each person is allowed a max of 6 tickets.

Can I buy tickets as a gift?  

• Tickets should only be transferred using the official ticket agent’s official transfer system. The recipient of the ticket will need to have the ticket transferred to their app account using the official process to gain entry to the venue.

What are the entry requirements?

• To gain access to the concert you are required to download the Platinumlist App from IOS or Playstore.
• The tickets will be available only in the App with Dynamic QR code.

What are the age restrictions?

• All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed at the sales pages on the ticket agent websites.

• All Limitless Lounge are strictly 21+.
• In the unlikely event you are looking to purchase tickets on behalf of 16-18-year-olds who do not have access to a smartphone we recommend that you attend the show with the group.

I can’t find my confirmation email.

• In the first instance please check your junk or spam folder.
• In busy periods confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive.
• If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact the customer services of the ticket agent you believe you booked through.
• If you are unsure which company you bought from this is usually displayed on your credit card statement or bank statement.

I can’t access my ticket(s)?

• Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation. Of course, if something happens out of your control, please go to the box office where someone will attempt to assist you to find your order.

What if I lose my ticket before the show?

When will we receive our tickets?

• Your ticket(s) will become available as a ‘dynamic QR code’ within the Platinumlist app. For your protection the app prevents screenshots of the QR code. Please refer to your confirmation email for information.

Are cameras allowed?

• Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden and will not be allowed inside the venue. Personal-use cameras and smartphone cameras are fine. No camera drop-off is available at the venue

How early should we turn up?

• Please check the Platinumlist website for door opening times and allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.

I can’t get in with my tickets, it failed to scan and I’ve been turned away at the gates.

• Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember do not buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website. Remember these are likely to be fake and will not gain you entry to the show.
• Do not share Platinumlist app login credentials with anyone.

What else are you doing to combat the secondary market? 

• Your ticket(s) are linked to your account with Platinumlist.  This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value return to Platinumlist (if approved), you will be refused entry to the venue.
