• Entry to the Festival and purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of all Festival Terms & Conditions and on-site rules.
• The Festival reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Tickets are sold online, at official Festival box offices, and via authorised partners only.
• All tickets will be digital only and must be accessed through the Platinumlist mobile application. Screenshots, printouts, or copied tickets will not be accepted.

• Children under 6 years old are not permitted to enter any ticketed concert area.
• All persons aged 6 and above must hold a valid ticket.
• Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Certain venues and late-night areas may be restricted to persons aged 18+.

• Smoking, vaping, and use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in all indoor and designated Festival areas.

• Security checks are mandatory for all guests.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
• Large bags, suitcases, or bulky backpacks
• Glass, metal bottles, cans, and outside food
• Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous objects
• Drones, umbrellas, chairs, flags, banners, poles
• Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, and similar items
• Animals (except certified service animals)

• Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the Festival venues.

By car: To reach your destination, head northwest on Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan St, continue onto 8th St/Sheikh Zayed Tunnel, and follow signs for Al Mina. Turn left onto Shinaf St, then make a sharp right onto Mina Zayed Tunnel. Merge onto Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St/E12, take the exit for Jacques Chirac St, and turn left. GPS navigation is advised.

By public transportation: You can easily take a bus to find your destination. You can take bus 94 (Mamsha Al Saadiyat < Via Louvre) to the Jacques Chirac St./Saadiyat Louvre bus stop and take a five-minute walk from there.
