Louvre Abu Dhabi Grand Festival presents John Legend

Seat number on the seat map was not clear, no mention of which Gate to proceed to. No clear instructions provided of where parking location for ticket category purchased. Extreme lack of comms for venue being outdoors, parking directions, and food stalls. It would be nice to have pre-order of food & drinks then collect option not to waste time especially if not allowed to be brought to seats. Please also include restroom locations in the map. The show was only 1 hour and was misleading to what was posted and somewhat false advertising. The price should be less or expected performance at least for 1.5hr. Hope all this will be considered for improvements in future events you manage. Thanks!

very well organized with transportation and entry. Really liked the food & drink trucks

Great performance from an excellent artist

1. Insufficient legroom in the silver seats (I had to sit sideways)
2. Taxi queue should have been signposted and had barriers to ensure the queue formed effectively. Whilst understanding that taxis were being kept away until the car park had cleared, it would have helped the hundreds of us standing around wondering whether any taxis were going to come, if we’d been told that they were being held.
