Following a successful FUNtastic “Filipino Fiesta”, “Get Sri Lankan’ed”, “India Festival” and “Italian Festa” Le Méridien Abu Dhabi is delighted to announce the launching of its 5th Le Méridien Village Festival – “Australia Day” on 24th January. The “Australia Day” will be open to the public free of charge where visitors will get an opportunity to celebrate, learn, and savour the rich Australian culture. Come, discover and be amazed, this is all about Le Méridien Village Festival! Drop by the arvo from 1:00 pm onwards to the pool side area where food stalls will host an array of delicious Australian dishes at a very affordable price. Live cooking stations will be serving up a great BIG Aussie BBQ with fresh seafood, prime cuts of Aussie meat, Aussie meat pie, Aussie plonk, amber nectar and much more! An outdoor bar will keep you refreshed with Australian wine and beer at a special rate of AED 30 Net. The entrance is free. The program features live music from the “News Band” who will get through favourite Aussie classics; followed by DJ Kelly who will keep your foot tapping. The children will also have great fun with face painting and bouncy castle in a dedicated children’s play area.
