"In partnership with KOFICE Marking Korea Season 2024 in Abu Dhabi, the Cultural Foundation, in partnership with Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE), presents two of Korea's mesmerizing bands fusing traditional Korean music with contemporary sounds: SB Circle and Coreyah. Hailing from the East Asian tradition, SB Circle strives for universal connection through their music. A band of veteran musicians who engage in a myriad of musical activities including Gugak, free improvisation, jazz performance, and music for film. Coreyah has pioneered a new style of Korean music that blends genres of contemporary ethnic and popular sounds while still maintaining the distinctive characteristics of traditional Korean instruments. The group’s unique freewheeling, polystylistic vision combines a variety of influences, including Anglo-American rock, Balkan gypsy, and genres from South America and Africa. "

In partnership with Italian Cultural Institute of Abu Dhabi The Italian vocal group, known for their innovative approach to A cappella music, gained popularity for their unique style which blends vocal harmonies, beatboxing, and vocal percussion to create complex arrangements of various musical genres. Mezzotono's performances often include a mix of original compositions, covers, and medleys, showcasing their vocal versatility and creative interpretations. They have performed internationally and have marked the contemporary A cappella music scene with their strong presence.
