• The language of this event is Arabic.

• Age restriction: 12+ ONLY.
• Under 16 years must be accompanied by 21 years+ adult
• Venue doors open 1 hour before the show.
• No professional cameras.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
• Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
• No flags of any kind including country flags.
• E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices
• Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.

1. No re-entry
Your ticket allows one entry to Etihad Arena only. There is no right of re-entry.

2. No refunds, transfers or exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.

3. Resale
Etihad Arena may confiscate any ticket that is resold, or offered for resale, above face value.

4. Unauthorized resellers
Etihad Arena reserves the right to cancel tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle. Please buy only from Platinumlist.

5. Refusal of entry or removal
Disorderly conduct, failure to comply with security measures, breach of any rules, policies or regulations, or unauthorized use of a ticket may result in refused entry or removal from Etihad Arena, and/or prosecution. This is decided at the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, its representatives, affiliates or agents, or law enforcement.

6. Accessibility
Access is available for guests with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased in advance.

7. Identity checks
You may be asked to show a valid photo ID and the credit card used to buy your ticket when you arrive at the gate.

8. Cancellation or postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed, any refund of your e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.

9. Venue terms
Your ticket is also subject to the Etihad Arena terms and conditions, available at etihadarena.ae/en/legal.

• This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Other than your phone, we strongly encourage you to leave your smartwatches and any other smart devices at home.
• Upon arrival at the venue, after you have scanned your tickets, please put your phones on silent. Phones, smartwatches and accessories will then be secured in individual JAYB/YONDR pouches at the security check-in. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices must be re-secured in Yonder pouches before exiting designated Phone Use Areas.
• Anyone seen using a device (phone, smartwatch, smart glasses, or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
