The Observation Deck Lift has a maximum capacity of 15 guests at a time. While you're selecting your preferred time slot, kindly understand that the restaurant may adjust it to the next available slot if necessary.

Free cancelation up to 24 hours before visit date. Late cancelations and no shows will be fully charged.

By car: Head southeast on the main road toward Al Bateen, following signs for Etihad Towers. Once in the area, park in the designated visitor parking and inquire within the complex for directions to the Observation Deck.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Tower from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. It's a famous destination and most drivers will be familair with the location.
