November in La Mamma promises to be sensational, promoting not one, but two of the best products Italy have to offer. Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio is an Italian paradise of pure air, embracing a "360 Degree Green Revolution". The grapes and olives of Monte Vibiano are grown in the purest conditions for the highest quality wines and extra-virgin olive oil which are tended and harvested by hand. La Mamma is very proud to host a delicious 3 course traditional Umbrian set menu complete with Montevibiano olive oil and Montevibiano wine tastings to accompany the meal.
