General Admission Terms & Conditions:

General Admission ticket must be purchased by all visitors, 4 – 59 years old.
Guests aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
Children under the age of 4 years can enter the festival for free. However, they will have to purchase a day pass or other to participate in any of the engagements.
All visitors require a valid ticket in order to enter the festival, that will be scanned at the entrance.
General Admission ticket holders will not be given any wristband, only a ticket.
General admission tickets give access to free offerings only.

Strictly no refund on any ticket.
Strictly no exchange on any ticket.
Last entry to the festival is 11pm.
Last F&B order will be 11:15pm.
All experiences will be closed by 11:30 pm.
Young Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times to avoid them getting lost.
Kids under the age of 15 will not be sold tickets unless accompanied by and adult.
Children under the age of 5 years can enter the festival for free. However, they will have to purchase a day pass or other to participate in any of the engagements.
It is mandatory to collect a Kid wristband for your child (under the age of 12 years) with guardian contact details at the festival entrance information booth.
Please read the age and height restrictions for each experience carefully before you purchase MOTN Day Pass as no refund will be provided.
Please sign the waiver form provided at the ticketing booth before you participate in any of the experiences
Some experiences may have longer wait time, so please plan your day accordingly
Please read the list of prohibited items carefully as they will be confiscated at the security check and the entry to the festival could be denied.
The festival is under surveillance.
We encourage use of public transport due to limited parking space.
All seated concert tickets will be sold online and at the ticketing booths onsite.
MOTN General Admission ticket is included in the price of the concert ticket giving you access to festival grounds and all free attractions.
When purchasing online, a General Admission ticket is included in the concert ticket price and a separate ticket will be issued.
Seated tickets are open seating. Come early to secure the best seats.

MOTN seated concerts age restrictions:

Guests aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, and both must have valid concert tickets.
Guests aged 15 and above may attend the concerts alone with a valid ticket.
Standing access to the concerts is included with a MOTN General Admission ticket, at no extra cost.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading northwest on Al Bateen Street toward Ghaleel Al Ma Street, keeping right to stay on Al Bateen Street, and turning left onto Corniche Street before arriving at your destination on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take buses 5, 11, 24, 26, 34, 63, 65 to the Corniche St / Corniche bus stop, followed by a four-minute walk.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
