The hotel’s signature restaurant, 18°, invites guests seeking an exquisite experience to indulge in authentic creations while relaxing with panoramic views of the city.
18° offers specialty dishes from the gastronomic heritage of the Eastern Mediterranean (including Greece, Turkey, Syria and Lebanon), made using ingredients that are inspired by locally sourced produce and simple flavours to enhance the freshness of the food, are served.

Three show kitchens with interactive counters add to the theatrical “mise en scene” of the restaurant, while seasonally changing menus ensure innovate cuisine.

Sky brunch is back and better than ever! Enjoy a wide array of Eastern Mediterranean fare from Chef Ivan Musoni’s kitchen, which includes rotating weekly specials to provide guests with a unique experience upon every visit!

If diners are not ready to head home when brunch has come to an end, where better to enjoy a sundowner than on The Terrace of 18° – 80 metres up, with panoramic views of Abu Dhabi city and its coastline.
Two packages are on offer:
AED 75 net – if guests have Sky Brunch at 18° that afternoon AED 150 net – drinks only
