DJ PAUL HAMILTON Paul Hamilton had a young upstart in the music industry, known for his ability to read people taking them to a never ending energetic journey beyond any expectations. Playing Trance and Progressive House for over a decade, he now turned his likes to Big Room Deep & Tech House Music. Back in 2004, Paul left Malta for Dubai looking at a bigger market with international acts. It was not long before his name started to rise in the local scene as he hammered practically every venue in town, delivering the same energy only the late Tony de Vit would. September 2005 Paul won the Global Heineken Thirst Dj competition (the worlds biggest Dj competition) impressing the likes of Sander Kleinenberg as one of the judges. After winning the competition, Paul had many openings and worked alongside many artists such as Tiesto, Sander Kleinenberg, Roger Sanchez and Basement Jaxx. During his career Paul has been a global player in the most reputable venues around the world performing alongside with the big names, such as David Morales, Kevin Saunderson, Grant Smillie, Shapeshifters, Hoxton Whores, Dirty South, Richard Grey, Wonderland Avenue, Paul Oakenfold and many more As a producer Paul Hamilton had the opportunity to remix for K.Klass, Santiago Cortes, Groove Armada, Paul Van Dyk, Vas Floyd, Disco Punks, Angel Anx, Krummstoff and Ian Hadassi with releases on Central Station Records, Dinky, Tested Records, Juicy Music, In Charge Records & Night Drive Music. DJ RONE JAXX (RADIO 1) Rone Jaxx, born Rony Jackson, started his musical journey at the age of 14, back in the early 90s whilst DJing/MCing in spontaneous venues all over the UAE . Most of his early gigs required him to play an eclectic (all kinds of music) set which he always delivered with a raw urban touch. Known as one of the sole pioneers of Hip hop in the Middle East, he has inspired hundreds, if not thousands in the region. Rone is also a member of "Lucid Cru" consisting of two other established DJs, DJ Shero and DJ Flash B, releasing mix recordings every month. He is also a member of production/DJ outfit Underground Procedures (UGP),F.A.M.E and founder of "JAXXMA”. Rone has been on radio since the year 2000 starting his first live mix show onwww.myradio1.ae (104.1 & 100.5) Dubai, and currently hosts his own show/brand #UrbanEducation , which started airing from 2005, schooling its listeners on classic, unreleased and the latest urban flavours.
