Are there any items not permitted in the festival?

No professional cameras, audio or video recorders are allowed. Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm are not allowed in the venue. There are no storage facilities at the venue.

Are Viagogo tickets valid?

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

By car: Take Hamdan Bin Mohamed St, followed by Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed St, Take the exit, enter the roundabout, and drive to your destination.

By public transportation: You can take buses 170 and 121 all the way to the Cranleigh Tower / Jacques Chirac St bus stop and have a short walk from there.

By taxi: You can easily find taxis or use ride-hailing apps to get you to and from your destination.
