Whether you're here for the intense competition or the vibrant environment, the event promises an unforgettable experience in the heart of Abu Dhabi.  

1.What is Show Jumping?  Showjumping is a thrilling sport where horse and rider must complete a course of jumps (fences) in the correct order, within a time limit, and without knocking down any poles or refusing to jump.  

2. What Does CSI Mean?  Concours de Saut International (CSI) is an international ranking system for showjumping competitions, governed by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI), the global governing body for equestrian sports.  

3. What Does 5-Star Mean?  The 5-star rating denotes the most prestigious and difficult level of competition. It includes the highest jumps (up to 1.60 meters or 5’3”), the largest prize money, and the best riders in the world. It’s similar to how tennis has Grand Slams or Formula 1 has its top races.  

4. What is the Dress Code for the Event?  Traditional dress or smart/casual is encouraged. For ladies wearing heels, block heels or wedges are recommended for comfort.  

5. Are the Premises Wheelchair Friendly?  Yes, designated parking and ramp access are available for wheelchair users.  

 Persons of Determination (POD) ticket holders have access to seating on the Upper Floor via elevator access. 

6.Is Alcohol Available?  Yes, alcohol is available for purchase for guests aged 21 and above. ID will be required upon entry, and alcohol will only be served to eligible guests.
  

7. Is Photography Allowed? Yes, we encourage you to take and share photos on social media. Flash photography is prohibited.  

8. Is Smoking and Vaping Permitted?  Yes, smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas.  

9 Do You Have a Prayer Room?  Yes, prayer rooms are available for guests during the event.  

10. Are There Bathrooms at the Venue?  Yes, there are bathrooms available for guests on-site.  

11. Is Parking Available?  Valet parking is not available. However, there is ample parking on-site for guests.
  

12. Can I Buy Tickets at the Door?  Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the venue, but we encourage purchasing in advance via Platinumlist.  

13.Is Re-Entry Allowed?  Yes, guests will receive a wristband for entry. As long as the wristband is intact, re-entry is permitted.
