• Age Restrictions: The event is strictly for ages 21+Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted entry to the festival under any circumstances, even if accompanied by an adult.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the venue.

•  All guests and their belongings may be subject to security screening before or during entry to the event.
•  Guests who refuse to comply with a reasonable security search may be refused entry.
• Event management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person where reasonably necessary for safety, security or compliance with the Conditions of Entry.

Each ticket permits access only to the event areas, facilities and experiences expressly included within that ticket category.

Ticket holders must remain within the areas applicable to their ticket type and may be required to present their ticket, wristband or other event-issued access identifier when entering or moving between controlled areas. Tickets are not refundable, exchangeable & cannot be resold.

IMPORTANT: Each ticket provides access to its designated Platform and area only. Access between Platforms A, B and C is restricted unless otherwise authorised by Event Management.

GENERAL ADMISSION (GA) – GATE 01

General Admission ticket holders have access to:

·      General Admission (GA) areas

·      Public bars and F&B outlets within the GA areas

·      GA activations and entertainment

General Admission tickets do not provide access to Yasalam Village, Platforms A, B or C, or any other restricted or controlled ticket area.

PLATFORM STANDING – GATE 03

This applies to designated Standing areas across Platforms A, B and C, as stated on the ticket.

Platform Standing ticket holders have access to:

General Admission (GA) areas [TO BE CONFIRMED]

Bars, F&B outlets and toilets applicable to their Platform

Platform Standing tickets only provide access to the zone mentioned. They do not provide access to Table areas or any other Platform(s).

By purchasing, accepting, possessing or using a ticket for Anyma presents AEDEN - F1 Afterparty, the ticket holder agrees to the following Conditions of Entry.

Ticket Validity & Access

1.     Every person entering the event must hold a valid event ticket.

2.     All attendees must comply with the festival’s code of conduct, venue rules, and staff instructions.

3.    This event is STRICTLY 21+.

4.     Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued form of identification, such as an Emirates ID, passport, UAEICP, for age verification and entry into the festival. Foreign Driving License (UK/US/other) are NOT accepted for Age Verification.

5.     Ticket holders must use the entrance stated on their ticket or as otherwise directed by event staff.

6.     All visitors must present a valid ticket to access the festival grounds. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance.

7.     A ticket grants access only to the area(s), section(s), platform(s), facilities and experiences expressly included in the purchased ticket category.

8.     A ticket for one section or ticket category does not provide access to any higher-tier, VIP, backstage, hospitality, restricted or controlled area unless expressly stated.

9.     Guests may be required to present their ticket or wristband when entering specific areas within the venue.

10.  Tickets and wristbands must be retained for the duration of the event.

11.  Any wristband issued in connection with a ticket must not be removed, transferred, altered or tampered with.

12.  Damaged, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid tickets or wristbands will be refused and may result in being removed from the festival.

13.  Professional cameras and audio or video recording equipment are not permitted at the venue. Please note there are no storage facilities available on site.

14.  Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

15.  Re-entry into the venue is not permitted.

16.  Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and wristbands will not be reissued.

17.  Resale of tickets for commercial gain is prohibited. Tickets must be purchased from exclusive ticketing partners only.

18.  The festival lineup and schedules are subject to change without prior notice

19.  The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

20.  Bags larger than 30x30x15 (A4 size) are not permitted, No storage or cloakroom facilities available. 

21.  Access is available for people of determination. Tickets must be purchased. 

The following guidelines and items may not be brought into the event unless specifically authorized:

·       Any weapons, sharp items, or items that may reasonably be used as a weapon, including pen knives and pocket knives

·       Any item deemed by management to have the potential to cause damage, injury, alarm, or disturbance

·       Bags or large baggage exceeding 30 x 30 x 15 cm including backpacks larger than approximately A4 size

·       Bottle openers

·       Glass of any kind

·       Bottles, cans, cups, or beverage containers of any kind

·       Food, drinks, and picnic items

·       Horns, whistles, loudhailers, air horns, loudspeakers, or any other sound-amplifying devices or equipment

·       Lasers or laser pens of any size

·       Illegal/prohibited drugs. A zero-tolerance policy applies to all prohibited drugs

·       Medicines that are not kept in their original packaging

·       Fireworks, firecrackers, flares, flammable materials, or similar items

·       Cameras with detachable lenses larger than 35mm, professional cameras, professional photography equipment, and selfie sticks

·       Drones, unmanned aerial devices, and the operation of such devices

·       High-visibility jackets, imitation uniforms, or clothing that may reasonably be mistaken for official staff/security attire

·       Umbrellas of all sizes

·       Foldable or collapsible temporary seats/chairs, including inflatable seating

·       Tablet and laptop computers

·       Flags, banners, or signs, with or without poles

·       Animals of any kind

·       Canisters of any type, including atmospheric dust or compressed gases

·       Wireless card machines

·       Musical instruments

·       Unauthorized solicitation or promotional materials, including flyers, stickers, giveaways, samples, or similar items

·       Public nudity

·       Political or religious banners, signs, or clothing

·       Helmets, cartoon character headgear, masks, face shields, or other items worn with the intention of concealing the face

·       Outside food and beverages may not be brought into or removed from the venue.

·       Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed within licensed and designated areas.

·       Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must comply with applicable UAE law and event age restrictions.

·       Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused alcohol service, refused admission or removed from the event where necessary for safety or security.

How can I buy tickets?

The Promoters are committed to combating unethical secondary ticketing and resale. We will be operating a names-on-tickets policy on tickets sold ONLY via Platinumlist.

When will tickets go on sale?

Are Viagogo tickets valid?
Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo. These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Should you purchase these tickets you will be denied entry into the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.

What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist-approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.

Ticket touts and unauthorized resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities, and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets, which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.

How many tickets can I buy?

There will be a limit of 20 tickets per show date per person. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the Lead Purchaser holding the tickets matching their valid photo ID.

Please note that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit, or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.

We want to go as a bigger group/family?

You will have to try to complete another order with another Lead Purchaser's name and card, as each person is allowed a max of 20 tickets.

Can I buy tickets as a gift?

If you want to buy as gifts then you’ll also have to attend to get your recipients into the show.

What are the entry requirements?

To gain access to the concert, you are required to download the Platinumlist App from IOS or Playstore.
The tickets will be available only in the App with Dynamic QR code.

What are the age restrictions?

Adult 21+ years and above only 

I can’t find my confirmation email?

In the first instance, please check your junk or spam folder. In a busy period, our confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact the customer services. If you are unsure which company you bought from, this is usually displayed on your credit card statement or bank statement.

I can’t access my ticket(s)?

Please make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave the house to avoid this situation.
Access to tickets will be only through the Platinumlist App.

What if I lose my ticket before the show?

Log in to your Platinumlist App account using the same method you used when purchasing the ticket.

I can’t go anymore and need to sell my ticket. What do I do?

Contact Platinumlist on the above channels. We do not guarantee that tickets can be sold back, but they will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

When will we receive our tickets? Dynamic QR Code

Your ticket(s) will become available as a ‘dynamic QR code’ within the Platinumlist app. For your protection, the app prevents screenshots of the QR code. Please refer to your confirmation email for information. 

Are cameras allowed?

Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video, and recording equipment are strictly forbidden and will not be allowed inside the venue. Personal-use cameras and smartphone cameras are fine. No camera drop-off is available at the venue

How early should we turn up?

Please check the Platinumlist website for door opening times, and allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.

I can’t get in with my tickets, it failed to scan and I’ve been turned away at the gates?

Don’t worry; we can try to help you. In the first instance, head to the box office, where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember, do not buy a ticket from someone you don’t know, either in person on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary ticket website. The tickets can only be used within the Platinumlist app, so anything else is fake and will not gain you entry to the show.

What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?

Your ticket(s) are linked to your account with Platinumlist. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value return to Platinumlist (if approved), you will be refused entry to the venue.

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading along Al Shahama – Abu Dhabi Road (Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street / E10), taking the exit toward Al Mireef Street, continuing onto Yas Street, turning left at the first cross street, making a U-turn, and turning right where the destination will be on the right. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
