Andrew Lloyd Webber’s PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is making its Abu Dhabi debut from 10-28 March 2027 at Etihad Arena, Yas Island, as the iconic production marks its 40th anniversary in London’s West End.

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA tells the story of a mysterious masked figure who lurks beneath the Paris Opera House, exercising a reign of terror over all who inhabit it. He falls madly in love with a young soprano, Christine Daae, and devotes himself to nurturing her extraordinary talents, employing all of the devious methods at his command.

Children aged 5 and under are not permitted into the venue. All guests aged 6 and above must hold a valid ticket.
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.
Venue doors open 1 hour before the show, and seating access opens 30 minutes before the show.
There is an auditorium lockout at the start of each act. Please be seated before the performance start time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance.
E-tickets are scanned at the turnstiles. Please make sure your ticket is downloaded to your mobile device before arrival.
Keep your e-ticket with you at all times and present it when requested by Arena staff.
Ticket holders may be asked to verify their identity at the gate by presenting a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
Re-entry is strictly not permitted.
Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm are not permitted. No storage or cloakroom facilities are available.
Strollers are not permitted inside the venue, but stroller parking is available.
All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk. The venue accepts no liability for loss or damage.

Professional cameras are not permitted. Photography and videography, including with mobile phones, are not allowed at any time during the performance.
All attendees must behave in accordance with the traditions and culture of the UAE.

Disorderly conduct, failure to comply with security measures, violation of any rules, policies or regulations, or unauthorized use of a ticket may result in denial of admission or removal from Etihad Arena.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for personal use only.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, any refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
Only contactless payments are accepted throughout the venue.
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased specifically for this purpose.

Single entry: This ticket grants one-time entry to Etihad Arena. Re-entry is not permitted.

By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.

By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop, which is located approximately 800 meters away.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
