American Dome: Discover the vibrant wildlife of the Americas in a lush tropical setting inspired by the Amazon. Surrounded by colorful butterflies like the Blue Morpho and Owl Butterfly, you’ll also encounter remarkable species including the Cuvier’s Dwarf Caiman, Linnaeus Two-Toed Sloth, and Tamandua Anteater — a vivid celebration of biodiversity in motion.

Asian Dome: Immerse yourself in Asia’s diverse ecosystems, set among lush greenery and tranquil koi ponds. Tripods are not allowed.
Please refrain from touching the butterflies or other animals.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 16 years or older at all times.
Dress code: Visitors are kindly requested to follow the UAE’s public dress regulations.

Parking Information:

The Butterfly Garden is one of the anchor attractions in Al Qana, offering over 1,400 surface parking spaces free of charge.
Designated drop-off areas and accessible parking for People of Determination are available close to the entrance.

Accessibility & Guest Services:

People of Determination and one companion receive a 50% discount on tickets.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge upon presenting a valid ID at the counter.
Signage guides are available in Arabic and English across the garden.

By car : Butterfly Garden & The National Aquarium is located on Al Qana Walk in Abu Dhabi, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the designated public parking for a small fee.

By public transportation : Butterfly Garden & The National Aquarium is easily accessible by public transportation. There are multiple bus routes available to the destination from around Abu Dhabi.

By taxi : You can also take a taxi to the location from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
